1. Definitions

The following terms, as used throughout these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account and using the gita7 Platform, you confirm that you satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. gita7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling is for adults only and minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gita7 employee involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino or sports betting activity is expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, and you are not the subject of a self-exclusion arrangement currently in force.

gita7 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet these criteria. If we discover at any point that a Player was ineligible at the time of registration or has since become ineligible, we reserve the right to void any bets placed, freeze the account pending investigation, and return deposits minus any bonus funds already utilised, at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money features of the gita7 Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. Each player may hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, excluding verifiable original deposits.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials linked to your account. gita7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from a Player's failure to secure their own credentials.
3. All registration details — including mobile number, full legal name, and date of birth — must accurately reflect your real identity. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
4. gita7 may require KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is successfully completed.
5. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gita7 support immediately via the live chat or email contact. gita7 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

gita7 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. Players are required to cooperate with such checks, including providing government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail or refuse to cooperate with due diligence checks may be suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gita7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other bank transfer channels as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. gita7 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, following public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending. gita7 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests received before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. gita7 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Platform cashier. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
• gita7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount, as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance, after prior notification to the registered contact. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact gita7 support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gita7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions:

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration outside of the standard wagering-and-withdrawal process.
3. gita7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
4. Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the individual bonus terms. Certain games — including but not limited to progressive jackpot slots and specific live table games — may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution or from bonus eligibility entirely.
5. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematic exploitation of free spins — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion will take precedence in respect of that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gita7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the Platform's game server. Disconnections occurring during an active round will be resolved according to the applicable game rules; partial bets will be settled in the player's favour where the outcome cannot be determined.
• Any bet placed using funds that have not cleared the deposit confirmation process will be considered void. Bets placed on events or outcomes that have already concluded at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• Players may not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform. Use of such tools is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, gita7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account. gita7 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gita7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one gita7 account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with gita7.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gambling activity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Using or attempting to use any software exploit, glitch, or undocumented feature of the Platform that provides or may provide an advantage not intended by gita7.
• Accessing the Platform through automated means, including bots, scrapers, or any technology designed to interact with the Platform without a human operator.

gita7 employs real-time monitoring tools and conducts regular audits to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, gita7 may take immediate action without prior warning, including the freezing of account funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to appeal the forfeiture of winnings or balances that accrued during the period of such conduct.

8. Responsible Gaming

gita7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. This Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of generating income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players, free of charge and without restriction:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders — Players may set session duration alerts that will notify them when a specified play session length has been reached.
• Cooling-off periods — Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion — Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting gita7 support. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gita7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database structures — is the exclusive property of gita7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of gita7. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gita7 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or any content thereon, regardless of whether gita7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gita7's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gita7 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gita7 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a gita7 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is accessible at all times via the footer navigation of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gita7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gita7 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact gita7 support to seek an informal resolution. gita7 will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
